New features

✉️ Connect your Ticket Form and Email Inbox

When the user creates a new ticket - or when an existing ticket is updated - it is useful to send the user an email notification to let them know.

You can now do this easily by connecting an email inbox to your ticket form 🥳

It's very easy to set up! Simply navigate to Ticket Forms and click the Connections tab to get started.

🔑 Public API (v1 beta)

We have started rolling out the v1 (beta) version of the public Aidbase API.

This first version covers knowledge. With the public API, you can now fetch, create and train knowledge programmatically. See our API documentation here.

🤖 Faster and more accurate replies

We recently gave our infrastructure a big overhaul, now featuring a new vector database and more sophisticated algorithms for segmenting and searching for knowledge.

Not only has this improved the average response time significantly, but it's also delivering much more accurate replies.
