We are very excited to present a huge upgrade to our chatbot and ticket forms!

The new Aidbase Elements are faster, more adaptive, and easier to use than ever before.

You now also have the option to install the new Elements in your React or NextJS app using our NPM packages.

Our documentation page has been updated to include all new properties and instructions to install the Elements with React or NextJS.

🎟️ Create tickets from your Chatbot

One of the features you've been asking for the most! You can now connect a ticket form to your chatbot so users can get in touch with you.

This will show a "Create ticket" button in your chatbot which gives users the ability to easily create a ticket directly from the chatbot itself.
