New features

✨ o3-mini and custom model support

You can now choose the latest and most capable models from OpenAI, including o3-mini (OpenAIs reasoning model).

Additionally, you can now add custom models too.
If you have fine-tuned an OpenAI model that you wish to use for your Aidbase chatbots, you can now add that by picking "Custom model"

Go to Settings -> OpenAI to see more.

💬 Guided AI responses

You can now guide Aidbase's AI to give you more accurate responses.

Simply type something in the reply field.
Then click the AI generate button.

Aidbase will use this - in combination with the knowledge base - to generate a more accurate reply.

This works for both Ticket Forms and Email Inboxes 🎉

📝 Ticket & Email reports

Summarize a ticket or an email into a brief report including key points and suggested next steps.

Use this to help your support staff make informed decisions, or copy the report to easily loop in other people on your team.
