⬇️ Export Lead Data

You can now export all user data collected in your chats, tickets, and emails as a CSV file.

This will allow you to analyze your data in your favorite tools, such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Airtable, or persist it in your own database.

Of course, you can still use both Webhooks, Zapier, Make, and custom callbacks to capture the data too, if you have a more advanced workflow set up.

✨ Improved AI + RAG models

We spent a lot of time improving our fine-tuned models and our RAG systems to allow for faster replies, much higher accuracy, and fewer hallucinations.

Not only does the AI chat reply (and perform search) better off the bat, but it also adjusts to corrections and updated knowledge much more effectively.
